Throughout the year I host and collab on many events, seminars, webinars, and other fun and elevating activities I believe can benefit anyone.


Yoga is the form of movement, which makes me feel my best. It’s creative, challenging, but mostly helps be more present in my life both on and off the mat. I want to share my love of the practice with others, help them to overcome the challenges, learn the benefits, and discover the peace it’s brought to my own life. My students who show up consistently and give 100% while on their mats. My safe and loving yogi community, who provide me with a safe place to learn and grow my own practice.
